ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Emer (they/she). I’m a neurodivergent coach and strategist with 15+ years’ experience across the arts, culture, and social justice sectors. I'm also genderqueer, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, and a long-term carer—so I understand the realities of working, creating, and caring while navigating a brain that works differently.
I support neurodivergent creatives, cultural workers, organisers, and professionals to build sustainable practices, clarify direction, and find ways of working that honour their energy, values, and capacity. My coaching blends executive coaching tools with lived experience, and is collaborative, practical, and grounded.
I’m accredited through Barrett Coaching (dual-accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance) and hold a COSCA Certificate in Counselling & Therapy Skills. I work online with clients across sectors, offering flexible, access-aware support—always with a focus on real-life application, no shame, and structure that sticks for you.

My Approach
Holding you accountable to what you want to do
Ever wished you had a boss you didn’t have to mask in front of- who’d help you figure things out without fear of judgement or getting it wrong?
I think we all need that person.
That’s the role I aim to hold as a coach: part cheerleader, part coach, part (supportive) manager. Someone who’ll ask the right questions, hold space when you need to unravel something, offer structure when you’re stuck, and help you figure out what actually works for your brain.
My approach blends directive and non-directive coaching—which means some days we might build a practical action plan together, and other days we might sit with a messy in-between moment and ask: what’s really going on here?
It’s collaborative, honest, and grounded in real life.
There’s no one-size-fits-all system.
I’ll help you clarify what matters, navigate the stuff that gets in the way, and move forward in a way that feels doable and actually sustainable.
